Terms and Conditions

1.    Enrolment and Attendance
a. Enrolment in the school is subject to availability and completion of the required registration process.
b. A one-month written notice is required for withdrawal from the school or any changes to the agreed attendance schedule (e.g., change in days attended). Failure to provide notice will result in the next month’s fees being charged in full.

2.    Fees and Payments
a. All fees must be paid in advance, either on a monthly or termly basis, as agreed upon at the time of enrolment.
b. Payments must be made by the due date specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty fee.
c. No refunds or credits can be given for absences due to illness, holidays, or any other reason.

3.    School Policies
a. Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives and is collected on time.

b. Parents must inform the school if another person is collecting the child.
c. Parents/guardians must notify the school of any changes to contact details or medical conditions of the child.

4.    Health and Safety
a. Children who are unwell should not attend school. If a child falls ill during school hours, parents/guardians will be contacted to collect them.
b. Any allergies or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of enrolment.
c. The school follows strict health and safety regulations, and all students must adhere to these rules for the well-being of the school community.
d. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, trained school staff will administer basic first aid. If further medical attention is required, emergency services will be contacted, and parents/guardians will be informed immediately.
e. Parents/guardians are required to provide up-to-date emergency contact details and authorise the school to seek medical treatment for their child if necessary.

5.    Amendments to Terms
a. The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

By enrolling in the school, parents/guardians/schools/LEA agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
