Terms and Conditions


1.    Fees and Payments
a. All parent's fees must be paid in advance, in full, on termly basis before the start of term, unless an payment plan is agreed in advance.

b. All school/LEA/LA/organisations must pay invoices within 30 days.   Late payments will incur a 10% penalty fee after 30th day.

c. A full term's notice is required for withdrawal.
d. No refunds or credits can be given for absences due to illness, holidays, or any other reason.

e. No refund will be given for parts of terms of terms not attended due to withdrawal from the school.


2. Enrolment and Attendance
a. Enrolment in the school is subject to availability and completion of the required registration process.
b. A full term's written notice is required for withdrawal from the school or any changes to the agreed attendance schedule (e.g., change in days attended). Failure to provide notice will result in the next term’s fees being paid in full.


3.    School Policies
a. Parents/carers must ensure their child arrives and is collected on time.

b. Parents/carers must inform the school if another person is collecting the child.
c. Parents/carers must notify the school of any changes to contact details or medical conditions of the child.

d. Parents must provide up to date contact details for themselves.


4.    Health and Safety
a. Children who are unwell should not attend school. If a child falls ill during school hours, parents/guardians will be contacted to collect them.  School /LA will be informed as required.
b.
All allergies or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of enrolment.
c. The school follows strict health and safety regulations, and all students will be supported to adhere to these rules for the well-being of themselves and the school community.
d. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, trained school staff will administer basic first aid. If further medical attention is required, emergency services will be contacted, and parents/carers will be informed.
e. Parents/carers are required to provide up-to-date emergency contact details and authorise the school to seek medical treatment for their child if necessary.


5.    Amendments to Terms
a. The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Parents/carers/LA/schools will be notified of any significant changes.


By enrolling in the school through registration, parents/carers/schools/LA agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
