This is a buzz word and means expressing yourself though your body. Pretty simple, but something we don't have much chance to do. Angela will lead this guided movement session you will find it gentle and fun.
Through attention to our bodies we feel can improve our emotional state. Sometimes words are not needed to work things through - the body can do it if given a chance.
By loosening, stretching, shaking out we can release tension and give our minds a break - an emotional health spa!
These are outdoor sessions which means we have the weather, fields or trees to inspire movement too. These are always joyful workshops, sometimes quiet and reflective sometimes highly energetic sessions, depending on how we are all feeling.
These one hour sessions begin and end with mindful relaxation and there is detailed guidance as well as freedom to move.
